Chessie Sighting?!
Was that Chessie? Chessie is a sea monster said to live in Chesapeake Bay, with claims of sightings dating back to 1936. It was used as an environmental icon for U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's educational coloring book in 1986, and a statue of Chessie was used to advertise the entrance of Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum in Baltimore's Inner Harbor area.
