Spring Garden Swing Bridge
The Spring Garden Bridge, built in 1904, played a key role in Baltimore's industrial and transportation development. Made of steel and timber, it spans the Patapsco River's middle branch and enabled rail access to Locust Point.
Remains of the BGE 1920 Power Plant
Remains of the BG&E 1920 Power Plant. Now an empty patch of gravel, this site used to be home to an abandoned power plant.
Remains of the Carr Lowrey Glass Co.
The remains of this glass company harken back to when glass was one of the top industries in Baltimore. History buffs will enjoy paddling past the site that once served as the largest glass maker in the city for 114 years.

Middle Branch Park offers stunning views of Baltimore's skyline, wildlife watching, and a peaceful boardwalk stroll. This 150-acre park was once an auto junkyard but is now the largest natural shoreline in Baltimore Harbor.
