DESCRIPTION:
The Patapsco River Water Trail offers experienced paddlers the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature as they navigate beneath bridges and train trusses along a narrower path up the river. This scenic route winds through sections of Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County.

This Water Trail is rated for advanced paddlers and is a 5-mile upstream paddle up the Patapasco River. This water trail can be accessed by Broening Park or Southwest Area Park, and connects to the Middle Branch Water Trail and to the rest of the Blueway water trails further on.
