The Harbor View Towers in Baltimore is a luxurious residential high-rise that offers stunning views of Downtown Baltimore and the Inner Harbor. The building was completed in 1993 and was built on the site of the old Bethlehem Steel Shipyards graving dock which was demolished in 1983.
