LANDMARKS & WAYPOINTS:

Proposed Enhancements:

A more beginner-friendly “Inner Harbor Loop” currently has no access points. Paddlers must launch from elsewhere and then paddle into the Inner harbor. It is recommended that a public kayak launch be added to Rash Field Park in the Inner Harbor. It is also recommended that 1-3 rest stops be provided at points of interest. Access points should also be added at the Baltimore Museum of Industry and Fort McHenry to allow paddlers to visit these locations.
