Rash Field Park is a shining example of waterfront redevelopment done right, with a focus on community engagement and user interaction. This park boasts a variety of family-friendly elements, including the BGE Nature Play area, Jake's Skate Park, and the BGE Pavilion. In addition to hosting a variety of events such as the 4th of July's Star Spangled Celebration and the Harbor Harvest Children's Fall Festival, Rash Field Park has also become a central hub for the community, offering free regularly scheduled programs like Waterfront Wellness and Boards & Breakfast.

With an estimated 700,000 annual visitors, it's no wonder that Rash Field Park was honored with Urban Land Institute's 2022 Wave Maker Award and that Jake's Skate Park won Baltimore Magazine's Best of Baltimore award for Best Skate Park. Originally designed as a recreational space by the architectural firm RTKL Associates, Rash Field Park has undergone a transformation to become a premier park at the Inner Harbor, focused on nature, inclusivity, and wellness. With its rich history (formerly known as Joseph H. Rash Memorial Park) and vibrant future, Rash Field Park is a park that all Baltimoreans can be proud to call their own.
